02When can I start using my benefits?
Immediately. There are no waiting periods or activation delays; your benefits begin the day you enroll.
03What does the plan include?
Two professional cleanings per year, all periodic, comprehensive and emergency exams, intraoral digital X-rays and 20% off most other dental procedures. The child plan also includes fluoride treatment.
04Are there any exclusions?
The 20% discount excludes whitening and retail products. There are no deductibles, annual maximums, claim forms or pre-authorizations.
